Duncan has written and secured several grants for podcasts, art projects, literary magazines and events.
He has also served as a grant panelist for The Arts Center of the Capital Region and The Albany-Schenectady League of Arts (now defunct) to award New York State Council on the Arts Decentralization grants throughout the Upper Hudson Valley.
